This weekend is about Qigong beyond forms and transmissions. You'll gain the fundamental skills that build a personal practice, and learn exactly what to practice to make your journey swift, targeted, and personal.

Through a relaxed process of separation and integration, we'll study the essentials of the physical body, the energy body, and the mind — practicing lying down, sitting, and standing. The days will flow seamlessly into a complete understanding of how to sustain a successful practice.
