About the event
Our practice follows a powerful three-phase process of energetic transformation:
Purification – Stale, or stagnant, energies are cleared from the system, allowing healing and joy to return.
Containment – As the energy purifies, it begins to collect and spin within the body. Lost light is reclaimed.
Cosmic connection – The refined energy condenses into a symbolic form that opens us to deep connection with the Universe.
At the Institute for Internal Transformation, we draw on a rich range of techniques, yet all remain rooted in these stages. Through movement, breath, Qi, and mind, we cultivate this unfolding journey.
During the retreat, we will explore a dynamic blend of sitting, standing, and lying down practices. While these forms are varied and engaging, they all remain firmly aligned with the energetic phases of the work.
